WorkTime captures a range of data including system login name, computer name, computer IP, system events (such as login and logout), active and idle time, software and documents accessed, websites visited, online meeting duration, webcam, and microphone usage (time of usage, not content). Software and websites are categorized as productive or unproductive. Furthermore, WorkTime allows employees to be grouped into departments and organizes IP addresses by offices.
Active time monitoring is a key feature of WorkTime. Indeed, WorkTime keeps track of employees' active time.
You have the option to customize the setting according to your preference. By default, the active time transitions to idle mode after 3 minutes of inactivity, which occurs when there is no mouse, keyboard, or microphone activity.

You have the flexibility to adjust your subscription settings whenever you need. These settings include the plan you're on, the number of employees monitored, and the billing period (monthly or annual). In cases where changing the subscription requires additional funds (such as moving to a higher plan or adding more employees), you'll be prompted for payment. Conversely, should you switch to a lower plan or removing employees, the remaining funds will be credited to your WorkTime account and utilized for future payments.
WorkTime provides a free plan, which is limited to three employees.
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. This action will stop auto-renewals, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
